Core Technology

Sealing reliability across the full range comes from how materials and interfaces bond. ZIZIP self developed its hot melt cast film core process. High temperature TPU melt directly infuses the webbing fibers, fusing the waterproof layer and the webbing into one. This structure delivers excellent peel resistance and effectively suppresses delamination under frequent flexing, humid heat aging, and alternating ice water immersion, keeping sealing performance stable over time.

Product Portfolio

HydroSeal watertight zippers are developed for liquid water blocking scenarios, with IPX5 to IPX6 water resistance, suited to applications where preventing water intrusion is the main need. AeroSeal airtight zippers are centered on airtight pressure retention and also offer IPX7 to IPX8 water resistance, suited to inflatable applications that require chamber pressure retention.

Quality Assurance

We have built a complete validation system and a dedicated performance validation matrix for end use scenarios. HydroSeal focuses on water pressure immersion and spray water resistance testing. AeroSeal focuses on air pressure retention testing, with basic watertight verification also covered. Sealing performance requirements are built into process development from the start, controlling batch consistency at the source.

Engineering & Customization

Backed by a vertically controlled manufacturing system from yarn substrate to finished product, we deliver more than standard products. Our internal engineering team engages early and deeply with customers, helping with selection based on real working conditions, providing specification and structure optimization, and supporting joint development for new ODM products. We hold more than 30 technical patents and have passed SGS, REACH, and other international compliance testing.
