Tooth-Covered AeroSeal Zipper
On the tooth-covered (BC) construction the TPU film is carried over the engaging teeth, not only the tape faces. The bite zone itself is encapsulated: better seal continuity, abrasion and grit resistance for harsh outdoor use. Configuration code: BC. Physical samples on request.
What the Tooth Cover Changes
Three measurable effects: (1) the sealing path runs over the teeth, eliminating micro-gaps at the bite line; (2) the film shields the teeth from grit and salt, keeping operation smooth after field exposure; (3) the covered edge presents a uniform surface for welding and RF-welded assemblies.
Choose how the zipper reaches your production line — as finished zippers cut to your inner length, or as chain by the meter for your own cutting and splicing plan.

The protective layer is laminated onto the woven tape. Single-face keeps one side film-free; double-face is the heavy-duty choice for abrasion and repeated wash-downs.

Black is the default: matte, gloss or matte-gloss finish. Colored zippers are dyed to your Pantone. Color-woven needs no dyeing at all — the colored yarn is woven straight into the tape, so the pattern survives abrasion.
